After a drill, players rate their own performance on a 1-to-10 scale by positioning themselves along a line.

Materials Needed

  • Two cones, placed about 10 meters from one another next to the field.

Instructions

  1. Explain the drill and tell the players what the goal is.
  2. Start the drill.
  3. When finished, ask the players: "How well do you think you did the drill, from 1 (not good) to 10 (extremely well)?"
  4. Refer to the line next to the field and indicate where the 1 and 10 are.
  5. Ask the players to think about the question and find their place on the line.
  6. Ask a few of the players to explain their answer.

Variation

Optionally, ask a second question such as "How much fun did you have during this drill?" or "How hard did you work during this drill?"
