Materials Needed

No extra materials needed.

Instructions

  1. Explain the drill (e.g. goal scoring).
  2. Tell the players there are three goals they can choose from. For example in hockey:
    • My goal is to score on the left side of the goal.
    • My goal is to score on the right side of the goal.
    • My goal is to play the ball high in the goal.
  3. Let the players make three lines in front of the goal, one for each goal. During the entire drill they stay in this line, working on the same goal.
  4. Then the drill can start.
