Materials Needed
- 4 cones next to the field. On each cone with masking tape is written a reason for the drill not being executed well. For example:
- Cone 1: "My focus"
- Cone 2: "My speed"
- Cone 3: "Timing"
- Cone 4: "Other"
Instructions
- Explain the drill, the goal, and the point of focus. Start the drill.
- After several minutes, terminate the drill.
- Ask the players to stand in a straight line. Ask the group: "Did you reach your goal?" Let them take a step forward when "YES," a step backward when "NO."
- Then give the instruction: go stand next to the cone that best explains what made you not completely reach the goal of the drill.
- Ask a few of the players to explain their answer.
